How do I check My Order?

For Registered Users: Log in to the website and go to your account by following the links on the top right corner of the website. In My Account, click on My Order. Here you will be able to check on all the orders placed as a registered user along with their status and payment status. We also send Order Status updates emails with all your shipping status updates. For more details on any order please write to us at care@desiredesire.com with the respective order number.

Can I cancel my order or change my order?

Of course you can!

Order Cancellation: In case you feel the need to cancel an order before it is delivered. You can do so by writing to us at care@desiredesire.com with the following details:

- Your Full Name
- Order/Transaction ID
- Email Address
- Phone number

Please ensure that this information is identical to the information shared with us while placing the order. Desire Desire will make every effort to honour your cancellation request provided your order has not been shipped out for delivery. Order cancellation can only be possible for orders that have not been shipped out for delivery.

Change Order: Any order that is once placed can only be changed by first cancelling the existing order and then placing a fresh order. Please follow the order cancellation procedure for the same.

Why is my package taking so inordinately long to be delivered?

While we do our best to make sure each and every item gets delivered on time, Murphy does come into play once in a while. And on the rare occasion we face delays that are outside our control.

We source your products from across the globe and shipping can sometimes lead to occasional delays due to weather, customs issues, and holidays. Sometimes, handmade products take longer to produce than expected. The good news is that we have the experience to deal with all of these issues and we will make sure they get resolved as quickly as possible – and we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop on where your stuff is.

How do I understand My Order Status?

Successful: This means that the transaction is complete and your payment was processed successfully. This DOES NOT mean that your order has been delivered. You will receive multiple emails updating you about the status of your package.

Unsuccessful: This means that the transaction failed and your payment did not process through successfully. You will receive an email from Desire Desire confirming the same.

How do I change my name, email, password and other account details?

Log in to our website through the link in the Open Tab Menu on the left hand side of the screen. Then click on your My Account. In the Account Dashboard, click on the Edit button against any of the account details to change the same. Once you are done editing, please click on the Save button to update the details.

How do I change my email preferences?

Log in to our website through the link in the Open Tab Menu on the left hand side of the screen. Then click on your My Account. In the Account Dashboard page, click on Newsletter Subscriptions. Check and Uncheck on your email preferences and click Save to update the details.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely yes, everything we do is genuine and every single product we sell, authentic. We will never intentionally misrepresent a product, sell your personal information, or be irresponsible with your money. We are backed by some of the leading investors and advisors and we stand behind everything we do at Desire Desire.

Is my credit/debit card information secure?

We at Desire Desire do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers. All your data is secured using PCI-DSS compliance standards. Hence, your data is yours alone and completely secure.

Can I trust Desire Desire products?

With all your heart and soul! Every single product we sell is guaranteed authentic. We do not believe in knock-offs or copies of original products. We also won’t misrepresent products. Our merchandisers invest a lot of resources in ensure that you get the original product and nothing else.

When will my order ship?

Every product has a different shipping schedule which is based on production requirements and/or place of origin of the product. The tentative shipping schedule is mentioned in the product page of each product. Please write to us at care@desiredesire.com for further enquiries.

How do you ship your products?

Mobile/Tablet cases: Each case is made to order once your order is confirmed. Once the production is complete, the order is shipped out within the next 24 hours.

Accessories: Most accessories in our catalogue are purchased and stocked in bulk at our warehouse. These products are packed and ship within 24 hours of placing the order. Certain high-value accessories are purchased only once the order is confirmed. These high-value accessories are first shipped to our warehouse in India and then repacked and shipping to you within 24 hours of arrival at our warehouse.

All your orders are shipped domestically via Delhivery.

How long does shipping take?

Mobile/Tablet cases: orders are dispatched for shipping within one working day from the date of order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, orders are generally delivered within 2-3 working days. In case of remote locations shipping it may take a little longer. Please get in touch with our team for more information on your shipping details.

Accessories: delivery times may vary from product to product because we are sourcing your orders from across the globe. A tentative delivery time is mentioned on the website to all major cities in India. The exact delivery scheduled will be shared with you via email once the order is placed.

How can I track my package through shipment?

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also track your order at our website through My Account > My Orders.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Tracking from Delhivery can occasionally take some time to update. Almost always, the tracking information is updated as soon as the package is scanned at different stages of the journey. On rare occasions, the tracking information fails to update properly. Even so, the package is almost always delivered at the correct destination at the intended time. We are striving to work with Delhivery to improve their tracking system at all times.

Can I gift wrap my order?

We treat each order as a gift to our customers and hence we have spent considerable amount of our resources in designing our packaging. Therefore, we do not believe in wrapping an already beautiful package with another layer of paper.

What we do offer, is a personalised message with any product while placing the order. We will ensure that the message is printed and delivered with the product, to make your friend/family feel special.

As with much else at Desire Desire, these small acts of love come absolutely free.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally as of now. Our operations are limited to the geographic boundaries of the Union of India. We are working on expanding our operations and will inform you as soon as we are ready to serve to in your country. In the meantime, do write to us at care@desiredesire.com with details of the products you are interested in indulging in. We will try to make an exception and see if we can ship the product to you.

What are your standard shipping charges?

Desire Desire offers FREE shipping on all orders, including Cash On Delivery orders.

What happens if I cannot collect my shipment and it goes undelivered?

Desire Desire will not reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

What if I need On-site Assembly or DEMO of a product?

Desire Desire does not offer on-site assembly or DEMO service for any of the products. All the products that require assembly are shipped with a detailed DO IT YOURSELF assembly kit and our suppliers have detailed DEMO videos available online (please refer respective product page for links)

What is Desire Desire’s return policy?

Mobile/Tablet cases: Desire Desire offers a 7 days, no questions asked, replacement guarantee on all designer cases. You can call us at +91 88805 67111 or write to us at care@desiredesire.com to initiate the returns procedure. Custom cases can be returned only if the product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defects.

Accessories: Desire Desire offers a no questions asked, replacement guarantee on all accessories except items marked as ‘Not Eligible For Returns’.

On Sale: Items marked ‘On Sale’ cannot be returned. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is ‘On Sale’ prior to making your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please call us at +91 88805 67111 or write to us at care@desiredesire.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim.

Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honour your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery option of payment? If yes, are there additional charges for the same?

Yes we do offer Cash On Delivery on all our products without any additional charges for the service. Cash on Delivery is available for orders with total cart value of INR 1,00,000 or lesser.

Do you offer EMI option of financing?

No, we do not offer EMI option for any products.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards issued in India. We have partnered with PayU to facilitate credit/debit card payment.

Do you charge a Conveyance Fee for credit/debit card payments?

No, we do charge any kind of conveyance fee on any credit/debit card. All such overheads are borne by Desire Desire.

What is your refund policy for orders cancelled or returned?

Desire Desire will refund the complete amount back into the account used to make the payment within 7 working days from the date of the cancellation/return initiation.
